ECA’s CEO, Bill Couch, contacted RKS Interactive, Inc president, Rhonelle Shallow, through the efforts of networking. The initial project was the creation of a company logo. The result of this project was successful and opened the doors to future projects including brochures, ad banners, flyers and their international web presence as a result a complete corporate brand was established.
Pulling the new corporate brand into a web presence took daily contributions from the board of director at ECA and the development team at RKS Interactive. By the combined efforts of both companies a final phase specification document was created. Phase 1 was to inform consumers of the global effort of ECA and the upcoming features that ECA will incorporate into their web presence. During this phase RKS’s design team worked closely with ECA board to finalize the look-n-feel of the site and the navigation structure. Phase 1a involved more of RKS development team in order to create a database to store member’s subscription information and allow online registration. RKS Interactive development team also created an online administration system that will allow ECA to create new categories on their site and update the membership information. ECA will also have the flexibility to run various reports for marketing and member tracking purposes. In the past few months a long-lasting business relationship was established and will continue for years to come.
