Telemarketing Representative
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast growing organization. We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills and the ability and desire to be the best and are able to work under limited supervision. Must have a proven track record in cold calling, qualifying and converting active leads.

The individual will promote and sell online web tools and services to new and existing customers in nonprofit and profit industries.

The Company provides all the necessary tools, including a large customer base, qualified lead lists, marketing and advertising, administrative support, and sales materials to effectively sell our Internet solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meets and/or exceed quotas: New and existing business growth, revenue, and gross profit
  • Calling target companies with the goal of presenting our product offerings while portraying a professional image.
  • Updating contact management system documenting calls, voice mails, follow up calls, and e-mails.
  • Managing prospect relationships through the early part of the sales cycle – from cold calls to proposal step. Will be responsible for knowing our consulting firm and prospect’s business and building rapport through phone calls.
  • Builds and maintains trust with a client by fulfilling commitments and handling issues in order to gain a high level of customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven history of making cold calls and performing research via the web and other sources.
  • An outgoing personality and excellent verbal writing and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of interfacing with top-level contacts (decision makers).
  • Familiar with personal computer applications such as E-mail,Microsoft Word, Excel and contact database software are desired.
  • Demonstrate professionalism at all times.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ownership of and accountability for daily responsibilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection on a daily basis while placing cold calls.
