Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible and accountable for the success and day-to-day management of a project from the moment the proposal is accepted until the project is complete and project materials are properly archived.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing both the external client and internal team to successfully implement the project blueprint on strategy, on time and on budget
• Drives all phases of our Solution Project Workflow:
  • manage project scope—including documenting change requests
  • facilitate project meetings-including requirements gathering and design
  • review all project deliverables for quality and accuracy
  • maintain project documentation
  • identify project risk
• Required to create project documents such as proposals, specifications documents, and test plans
• Secures roles and responsibility expectations with all team members to ensure consistent levels of ownership through execution of the plans
• Manages project risks and dependencies such that all projects complete successfully to the plan and to the schedule
• Coordinates and manages Solutions that meet or exceed quality standards
• Responsible for communication of detailed and summarized status, dependencies, risk and mitigation strategies effectively across all levels
• Identifies process improvements and best practices across all Solution projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with change and scope management both with internal and external team environments.
• Knowledge of Internet and Web-related technologies and protocols
• Collaborative mentality towards providing feasible and successful solutions
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with other departments and varying levels of management.
• Project management software experience (MS Project preferred)
• Experience leading and tracking development for multiple projects
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proven ability to motivate and enable team members
• Critical thinker and creative problem solver
