IT consulting services include: IT policy, planning and control, management issues consulting, organizational design/human resource management, systems development and programming, end user computing and office Systems, data communications, Data Warehouse Consulting, MIS security, IT auditing, Out sourced facility management, quality enhancement, productivity improvement, strategy and new directions, application portfolio management, internet strategy and web development.

General Business Consulting consists of: Strategic planning, assessment and studies, business process improvement and reengineering, Project Management office, technology management process consulting, proposal development, best practices and benchmarking, activity based management/costing, ASP Services, GIS, maintenance management systems planning including life-cycle management, resource reallocation, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V).

Performance Training consists of: Facilitation, curriculum development, training delivery, on-line learning, and performance consulting . This core team has over 300 years of combined experience assisting a number of governmental agencies to achieve higher quality and customer service while reducing cost by increasing effectiveness and productivity.
