ARPE is a professional services firm with 21 full time employees. The average employee has over ten years experience and is a college graduate. ARPE personnel have experience in information technology and business. In fact, the leader of the IT Consulting practice is a retired executive who worked with IBM for 30 years before founding the company in 1987. The leader of the General Business Consulting practice has a Ph.D. degree and 21 years experience. He has been with ARPE for nine years. The leader of the Performance Training practice has eight years experience and is currently pursuing an executive MBA degree from Clark Atlanta University. He has been with the company for four years. Together we are able to provide sound consulting services to help clients clearly understand the problems they are facing and the best practices available to help solve those problems. The remaining 18 employees are equally trained and have similar experience.
