ARPE will host the newly announced IKCM Quality audit and business improvement software on IBM AS/400 Domino servers at the IBM datacenter in MN.

Hierarchical Model - the hierarchical model is specifically built to serve companies that have multiple divisions, departments, and sites. This allows for very simple and clear movement of documents around the organization. It also removes difficulties for your IT Department in carrying out the Notes development and advanced configuration needed to make the different sites talk to each other. Furthermore, it is specifically designed to combine Global, Regional, Divisional, Departmental procedure documents (down to 10 levels in an organization) - the sign-off can be at different corporate levels and there is very powerful support for "visibility" by, function, department, site, person, etc. Fully Integrated Multi-Standard System - this supports the concept that you need of having the same content in documents which then need to be visible under each of the different standards.

Openness to New and Changing Standards - our system is not fixed to ISO 9000 and ISO 14001- by contrast the system is open for you to put in the standards which apply to you e.g., you can enter OSHA's 18000 yourself and when you move to ISO 9000:2000 in the next year or so, you will be able to update the standard yourself without paying extra. You can also put in your own standards for Process Safety, HR, IT, Environmental, etc.

Configurability not Customization - we have invested heavily to build configurability into the system - this puts you in control rather than making you dependent on paying a supplier every time an upgrade is required.

Multi-lingual capabilities is supported for: Company Information and Logos; Document Titles for Standards, Manuals, Procedures, Work Instructions, and Controlled Documents. Procedure and Work Instruction templates can be configured for different sites and different languages (e.g., English, French, Spanish, etc.).

Data slots - if (in Audits, Corrective actions etc.) you want to decide on a number of statistics that you want to gather throughout the company to help improve your performance then our unique "data slots" will support this. These are fully configurable to your needs and as well you can export the data for analysis in the software of your choice.
